This is a voluntary supplemental retirement program which provides for the deferral of a specified amount of your salary for long-term investment.  Choose between two Section 457 plans: County Commissioners Association of Ohio Deferred Compensation (CCAO) or Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program.
