A. You have 30 calendar days from your date of hire to go on-line and enroll for benefit.

A. You must enroll by going online to www.mcbenefits.org click on New Hires, then click enroll for benefits.Q. What happens if I fail to enroll for benefits within the first 30 days of hire?
A. If you do not enroll for benefits within 30 days of your hire date, you will be defaulted to the Value Plan with single only coverage and you will not be able to enroll or change your benefits until the next open enrollment period or within 30 days of a life event, whichever occurs first.
